Supporting career development

At Siteimprove we have a number of dedicated activities in place to ensure that our sales and marketing teams are able to develop professionally in their careers. Within the Sales department we have a small manager-to-employee ratio to ensure that managers are able to work closely with each member of their team. There areĀ also dedicated sales trainers, consultants and sales excellence managers whose only jobs are to mentor and empower sales staff. Throughout the year we also organize a number of sales meet up workshops which take place in our different offices around the world. These meet ups are often held over a period of a couple of days and give our teams the chance to network and share knowledge with their international colleagues. Our marketing teams also hold meet-ups throughout the year, as well as actively participate in a number of specialist courses and conferences to support their knowledge growth.
