You ll collaborate across teams to create data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns, that align to our target audiences with our ideal customer profiles (ICPs). With a focus on driving revenue, you ll be responsible for optimizing campaigns, owning our nurture drip campaign program, aligning with sales, and ensuring marketing directly contributes to business growth. What you will be doing
- Revenue-Focused Campaigns: Execute and manage marketing campaigns that are directly tied to revenue generation.
- Marketing and Sales Alignment: Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support sales objectives and lead generation. Be a liaison with marketing and sales to ensure campaign success and revenue generation is at the forefront of our department s focus.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Create lead generation programs across multiple channels and nurture prospects at each stage of the customer journey. Develop and manage lead scoring models as well as nurture drip campaigns.
- TOFU, MOFU, BOFU Strategy: Understand and implement initiatives across the Top of Funnel (TOFU), Middle of Funnel (MOFU), and Bottom of Funnel (BOFU) to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with customer acquisition and retention goals.
- Webinar Management: Lead and manage local and global webinars, ensuring they are aligned with overall marketing strategies and designed to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze customer data, market trends, and campaign performance to inform strategy. Provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Multi-Channel Campaign Development & Execution: Manage and deliver marketing campaigns across channels (email, social media, webinars, etc.) from concept to completion.
- Partner Marketing Collaboration & Support: Work with the Partner department to create and manage partner marketing campaigns, metric performance, and event planning, and be a resource for partner marketing questions with external partners meetings.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Partner with product, sales, partner, and customer success teams to create marketing assets, such as content and sales enablement tools. Assist event teams with promotional outreach if necessary.
- Marketing Automation & CRM Management: Implement and optimize marketing automation tools and CRM platforms to streamline lead generation, segmentation, and nurture campaigns.
- Performance Reporting: Create detailed reports that track and analyze campaign performance. Present results, insights, and forecasts to leadership.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Understand and map out the entire customer journey, ensuring all marketing touches align with the buyer s journey and contribute to revenue.
What we will require of you
- Proven track record in executing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and time management skills.
- A data-driven mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with marketing automation, marketing insights, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, DreamData, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
- Content creation and writing skills for developing marketing assets.
- Experience managing project timelines and reporting on performance.
What we will love about you
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a marketing role or equivalent, preferably in a B2B / Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology company with progressive growth or equivalent
- Experience managing marketing automation within Pardot or a similar platform
- Experience supporting sales teams and driving sales enablement initiative
- Ability to think strategically, define short- and long-term plans, and execute activities on a day-to-day basis
- Solid understanding of lead and demand generation and CRM
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding growth targets
- Capability to thrive in a matrix organization that is fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and multi-cultural
- Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, analyze, and derive actionable insights and achieve desired results
- Ability to communicate well at all levels of an organization via presentation, written, and spoken channels.

USD 106,800-145,000 per-year-salary
The annual salary for this position ranges from $106,800 to $145,000, based on experience and qualifications. The targeted annual salary for this role is $122,400.
