We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Manager to lead the organization s Performance Management Program called Contribution & Impact and People Leader engagement initiatives. This role is responsible for implementing, and managing comprehensive programs that drive employee performance, leadership effectiveness, and engagement across the organization. The ideal candidate will implement & deliver strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous development and high performance.
What you will be doing
- Implement, and manage the organization's performance management program (C & I), ensuring it aligns with Siteimprove objectives and drives high performance.
- Lead the deployment of conversation guides to support ongoing conversations about performance, including goal setting, and continuous feedback.
- Maintain performance management tools, templates, and guidelines to support People Leaders and employees in conducting meaningful performance discussions.
- Provide training and guidance to people leaders on best practices in performance management, including how to give effective feedback and conduct productive conversations.
- Develop and execute strategies for people leader engagement, focusing on leadership development, communication, and overall effectiveness.
- Manage, and deliver leadership development programs, workshops, and resources to enhance the skills and capabilities of current and future leaders.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by providing leaders with tools and frameworks for managing their teams effectively, promoting employee engagement, and driving business results.
- Partner with internal and external resources to curate learning and development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and people leader needs.
- Implement initiatives that increase leader engagement and connection to organizational strategy, culture, and change management efforts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to people leaders, providing guidance on employee management, development, and engagement challenges.
- Provide Intraweb (Sintra) HR support to ensure that we have all HR programmatic information in Sintra as our source of truth.
- Learning and Development (L&D) Program Delivery: Deliver training programs, engaging, advising, and guiding learners and evaluating the achievement of intended learning outcomes.
- Learning Needs Analysis: Engage with team to clarify short-term priorities for learning and development (L&D) interventions; gather relevant data on performance and current levels of competence; identify gaps in relation to required levels and obtain agreement on required outcomes.
- Collaborates: Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. For example, readily involves others to accomplish goals; stays in touch and shares information; discourages "us versus them" thinking; shows appreciation for others' ideas and input.
- Communications Management: Works with full competence to ensure timely and appropriate planning, collection, creation, distribution, storage, retrieval, management, control, archiving, and disposition of program information. Typically works without supervision and may provide technical guidance, communications management plan, Project status update, Project performance report.
- Ensures Accountability: Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments. For example, tracks performance and strives to remain effective, learning from both successes and failures. Readily takes on challenges or difficult tasks and has reputation for delivering on commitments.

Skills & Abilities
What we will require of you
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, or a related field or an equivalent education and years of experience to be successful in the position.

USD 108,000-150,000 per-year-salary
The annual salary for this position ranges from $108,000to $150,000, based on experience and qualifications. The targeted annual salary for this role is $130,626.
